- Zest and juice of 1 large lemon

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) while you prepare the chicken.
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken pieces with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes to marinate.
- In a shallow dish, combine flour and panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken piece in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
