- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded (leftovers work great!)
- 8 ounces of pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
If you’re out of ranch dressing, a mix of Greek yogurt and a tablespoon of ranch seasoning can work wonders!
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, pasta, ranch dressing, sour cream, 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
