Scale

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Drizzle the butter mixture over the top.
  5. Gently toss everything together until the biscuit pieces are well coated with the butter and cheese.
  6. Arrange the coated biscuit pieces on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the bites are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley for a pop of color.
