- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Feel free to substitute the mozzarella with any cheese you fancy! Cheddar and provolone work wonders here too.
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Drizzle the butter mixture over the top.
- Gently toss everything together until the biscuit pieces are well coated with the butter and cheese.
- Arrange the coated biscuit pieces on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the bites are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley for a pop of color.
