- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

Instructions
Follow these simple steps to recreate this dish in your kitchen. Remember, it’s all about enjoying the process.
- In a bowl, combine the beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. This gives the beef a chance to soak up all those wonderful flavors.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until it’s browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed, and toss in the onions. Stir-fry until they start to soften, about 3 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the onions, and continue to stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
- Return the beef to the pan, along with any juices. Stir everything together and drizzle with sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If you’re adding bell peppers, now’s the time to throw them in and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
Once everything is well combined and heated through, you’re ready to serve!
