Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Lay a sheet of phyllo dough in the baking dish and brush with melted butter. Repeat with 6 more sheets.
  4. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the phyllo layers.
  5. Layer 5 more sheets of phyllo, brushing each with butter. Spread remaining cheese mixture on top.
  6. Top with remaining phyllo sheets, brushing each with butter. Score the top layer into squares.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before slicing.
