  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
