Ingredients
Scale
- 8 ounces of linguine or spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
If you can’t find fresh lobster, don’t worry! You can substitute with shrimp or even a can of crab meat—keeping it real and flexible is what home cooking is all about.
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the cooked lobster meat to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce becomes creamy.
- Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the creamy lobster sauce until well coated. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
From my kitchen to yours, remember that it’s all about enjoying the process. Don’t stress if things get a little messy—it’s part of the fun!
