- 4 ounces goat cheese, softened

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to smooth any creases.
- Spread the fig jam evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Crumble the goat cheese over the fig jam, and drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle with chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully roll the pastry into a tight log. Seal the edge with a bit of water.
- Slice the log into 1/2-inch thick rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
