Ingredients
Scale
Here’s what you’ll need to bring a little bit of fancy to your dinner table:
- 2 lobster tails
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
If you can’t find fresh parsley, dried will work in a pinch. And if lemon isn’t your thing, lime juice can be a fun twist!
Instructions
Let’s dive into the deliciousness:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of the top shell of each lobster tail to the tail fin. Gently pull apart the shell slightly, and using your fingers, loosen the meat from the shell, keeping the end attached. Lift the meat above the shell, and rest it on top.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat, making sure to get into all the nooks and crannies.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly firm to touch.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if using, and serve immediately.
And there you have it, a little bit of elegance without the fuss!
