  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions, for garnish

If you’re out of sriracha, a mix of hot sauce and a pinch of sugar can work in a pinch. And while fresh lime juice is best, bottled can do the trick too!

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Place salmon pieces on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the honey-sriracha mixture generously over each piece of salmon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
