- 2 flatbreads or naan
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet and brush each with olive oil.
- Evenly distribute the mozzarella and goat cheese over the flatbreads.
- Add red onion slices on top and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- While the pizza is baking, combine honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan. Heat gently until warm.
- Remove the pizzas from the oven and drizzle with the warm hot honey. Top with fresh basil and serve immediately.
