  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats up.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet or a pizza peel if using a stone.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil, then spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the surface, leaving a border for the crust.
