Ingredients
Scale
The key to this dish lies in selecting the right ingredients. Quality matters because when you use fewer ingredients, each one shines brightly. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
If you’re out of honey, maple syrup makes a delightful substitute. And don’t shy away from experimenting with fresh herbs as the season changes.
