- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 12 ounces penne pasta
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add steak pieces and sauté until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
