Instructions

  1. Start by seasoning the thinly sliced chicken breasts with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder. Set aside while you prepare the garlic butter sauce.
  2. In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken slices and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a plate and wipe out the skillet.
