  • 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound frozen crinkle-cut fries
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Optional: Cheez Whiz for extra cheesiness

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Spread the frozen fries on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
  2. While the fries are baking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced ribeye steak, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté until the steak is cooked to your liking, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter, sliced bell pepper, and onion. Sauté until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.
  4. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven. Sprinkle half of the cheeses over the fries, then layer the cooked steak and sautéed vegetables on top. Finish with the remaining cheese.
  5. Return the fries to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  6. If desired, drizzle Cheez Whiz over the top for an extra cheesy kick before serving.
