  • 1 can of Pillsbury biscuits (8 count)
  • 8 cubes of mozzarella cheese (about 1-inch each)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Feel free to substitute mozzarella with your favorite cheese. Cheddar or Monterey Jack also work wonderfully!

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the seams to seal it completely.
  4. Arrange the cheese-filled biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  6. Brush each biscuit generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
