Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can of Pillsbury biscuits (8 count)
- 8 cubes of mozzarella cheese (about 1-inch each)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Feel free to substitute mozzarella with your favorite cheese. Cheddar or Monterey Jack also work wonderfully!
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
- Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the seams to seal it completely.
- Arrange the cheese-filled biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush each biscuit generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy the cheesy goodness!
