- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up a breading station: place flour in one dish, beaten eggs in another, and combine crushed pretzels, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third dish.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and press into the pretzel mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Add cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, and honey, stirring until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chicken drizzled with the mustard-cheddar sauce, and enjoy!
