- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This temperature ensures your sweet potatoes get that perfect crispy exterior.

- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and thyme. Make sure each piece is evenly coated with the spice mixture.
