  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3 minutes until translucent. Stir in the garlic and jalapeños, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.

  5. Adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed. Let the soup simmer for another 5 minutes to fully incorporate all the flavors.
