Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This is just enough time to get the kids to set the table—if they don’t argue about who has to do it.
  2. In a large baking dish, place the block of feta cheese in the center. Surround it with cherry tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the cheese and tomatoes. Sprinkle minced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper evenly over everything.
