- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)
- 12 ounces pasta (penne or rotini are my go-to)
- 1 cup buffalo sauce (mild or hot, depending on your spice tolerance)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Now, roll up your sleeves and get ready to create some kitchen magic!
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil and set aside.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cream cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the shredded chicken and cooked pasta to the sauce mixture, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the pasta mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions, if using, before serving.
