Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, chopped nuts, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until the oats are well-coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
