  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Feel free to substitute the ribeye with any other steak you prefer or have on hand. If you’re not a fan of mozzarella, provolone works just as well!

Ready to get cooking? Here’s how you can whip up these rolls in no time:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove the steak and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the bell pepper and onion. Sauté until they’re soft and the onion is translucent, about 4 minutes.
  4. Return the steak to the skillet with the veggies. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until the cheeses are melted and smooth.
  6. Add almond flour, eggs, and baking powder to the cheese mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
