Instructions
Here’s how you can bring this dish to life in your kitchen, with a few tips from my own cooking adventures.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until the shrimp turn pink and the seafood is cooked through.
- Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Let the sauce simmer gently for about 2 minutes, until slightly thickened.
