Irresistible Strawberry Brownies With Creamy Frosting Delight

Learn how to make delicious Strawberry Brownies With Creamy Frosting. Easy recipe with step-by-step instructions.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree (fresh or frozen strawberries, blended)
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (for frosting)
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar (for frosting)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)

Feel free to substitute fresh strawberries with frozen ones if that’s what you’ve got on hand. And if you’re out of white chocolate chips, milk chocolate works as well for a different twist!

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined. Stir in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the strawberry puree and chopped strawberries until evenly distributed.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips, then pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. While the brownies cool, prepare the frosting by whisking together the heavy cream, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  9. Once the brownies are completely cool, spread the frosting over the top, using an offset spatula for an even layer.
  10. Slice into squares and enjoy the delightful blend of flavors!

And here’s a little tip from my kitchen: if your kids are anything like mine, they’ll love helping mix the batter and spread the frosting. Just be ready for a bit of mess—it’s part of the fun!
