- Place the cherry tomatoes on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then toss to coat.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft and caramelized.
- Meanwhile, in a food processor, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy. This is where the magic happens—don’t rush it!
